We think you'll love our products, but if you don't, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both opened and unopened products. Please get in touch with our support team at info@profispray.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of the product and our commitment to quality and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened packaging and bottles.

This 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE applies to customer orders of 5 items or fewer. For business and retail distribution policies, please get in touch with info@profispray.com.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or expired or if you received the wrong item so we can investigate and make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our shipping partners work tirelessly to ship your orders promptly. As a result, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed (even if it has yet to ship out). Should you realize you no longer want the product, you can contact us directly at info@profispray.com, and we will issue a refund per our refund policy listed above. 

European Union 14-day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
