Why is Profi temporarily unavailable?

Profi experienced an unprecedented surge in demand, with an 8000%+ increase in order volume following the publication of an exciting scientific paper. While we are working rapidly to rebuild inventory, this incredible response has exceeded what we had on hand. We are committed to fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and getting ahead of demand in time for the upcoming cold and flu season. We truly appreciate your patience!

When will my order be shipped?

We’ll provide you with a shipping update by Friday, October 11th. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

How is the Profi Team handling the surge in orders?

We’ve built scalability into our supply chain by using components that are readily available in large quantities and by manufacturing in the U.S. This setup allows us to respond quickly to demand. While the recent surge has temporarily set us back, we are well-positioned to scale rapidly and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We're committed to keeping you updated every step of the way.

How can I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, simply reply to the order confirmation email you received, or email us at hello@profispray.com from the same email address used to place the order. Please include your order number and the new shipping address. We can accommodate your request up until the point when your order has shipped. Please note, we are unable to change the destination country.

Can you hold my order and confirm the shipping address prior to shipping?

Yes, we can! Please email us at hello@profispray.com with "HOLD" in the subject line. We will reach out to you to confirm the shipping address before releasing your order for shipment.

How will this impact my Profi purchasing subscription?

If you have subscribed to a Profi purchasing subscription, your subscription will be temporarily paused until your previous order has been shipped. No action is required on your part.

Please note that product purchasing subscriptions are uniquely different from subscribing to periodic marketing emails.

How do I cancel my order?

We believe you’ll love Profi, and your support helps advance our mission to protect people from respiratory infections with science-backed, drug-free nasal products. By keeping your order, you maintain your spot in line and contribute to a healthier world. You can cancel at any time before your order is shipped.

However, if you’d still like to cancel:

1) Locate your Order Confirmation email, which was sent from hello@profispray.com.

2) Click the [View your order] button in the email.

3) On the confirmation page, go to the “Order Actions” section, select [Cancel], and then click [Continue] to confirm your cancellation.

A full refund will be initiated. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement.
