By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Profi Nasal Spray (“Profi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to receive recurring informational and marketing/promotional messages from Profi through our vendor. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link, where available. Reply HELP for help.

Profi uses SMS/text messages through our vendor to send both informational and marketing/promotional messages.
- We send informational and marketing/promotional SMS/text messages only to individuals who have opted in to receive such messages.
- We provide individuals with the ability to stop receiving SMS/text messages from us or to request assistance regarding the SMS/text messages we send.
- SMS/text messages with us are captured and recorded as required under applicable laws and regulations.
- Carrier message and data rates may apply. This means you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS/text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
1. Consent to SMS/Text Message Communications
When you opt in to receive informational and marketing/promotional SMS/text messages from us, you expressly authorize us to contact you at the phone number you provided when opting in. You agree that we may communicate with you by SMS/text message in accordance with these SMS Terms & Privacy Policy.
Please understand that our SMS/text messages will be sent through automated systems. By opting in to receive informational or marketing/promotional SMS/text messages from us, you consent to receiving such messages through automated systems.
Even after you consent to receive SMS/text messages, you may opt out at any time by sending STOP from the phone number that you no longer want to receive SMS/text messages on. You may also contact hello@profispray.com to opt out. Participation in this program is completely voluntary.
Opting in to receive SMS/text messages from us is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from us. However, some communication capabilities with us may be limited without your consent to receive SMS/text messages.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
We will not sell any personal information obtained as part of our SMS/text messaging communications with you. We also do not permit our third-party suppliers, vendors, or contractors to sell any personal information obtained in the course of our business relationship related to our SMS/text message communications with you.

Please note that, as stated in our Privacy Policy, our website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information may be used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by SMS/text message.
Profi is not responsible for the information practices of our vendor that sends SMS/text messages on our behalf.
Furthermore, mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing/promotional purposes. Your mobile information will not be used or shared with third parties except as necessary to:
- Document your consent to receive SMS/text messages;
- Send SMS/text messages to you; and
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. How Often Will I Receive Communications?
The frequency of SMS/text messages you receive will depend on your relationship with us. As with other communication tools, some individuals may communicate with us more frequently than others.
If you feel you are receiving more communications than desired, you may opt out by sending the opt-out keyword STOP. After you send STOP, that number should no longer be able to send you communications.

4. How Do I Opt Out or Stop Receiving SMS/Text Messages?
If you feel you are receiving more communications than desired, you may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages by sending the opt-out keyword STOP. Once you send STOP, that number should no longer be able to send you communications.
Helpful Hints
The opt-out keyword must be sent from the phone number on which you want to stop receiving messages.
If you have more than one phone number enrolled, you will need to follow this process for each phone number. Alternatively, you may contact hello@profispray.com for assistance.
5. What Do I Do If My Phone Number Changes?
If your phone number changes, you should notify us right away to avoid messages being sent to your old number.
Ideally, you should follow the opt-out process described above before changing your phone number. You will also need to opt in again to receive informational or marketing/promotional SMS/text messages at your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any SMS/text messages sent by us through our vendor, any errors in such messages, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on information contained in the messages.

Profi uses reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to, alteration of, acquisition of, or misuse of personal information, including your mobile information, such as your mobile phone number.
7. Retention
We will retain your personal information, including your mobile information, such as your mobile phone number, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, as required by applicable laws or regulations, or for other legitimate reasons, including the enforcement of legal rights and fraud prevention.
